Public Works Department Director Kevin Blanchard announced that East Congress and Polk Street will be closed on Saturday, November 7 from 9:30 AM until 6:00 PM

Kaliste Saloom at Evangeline Thruway will close for one month beginning Tuesday, 11/3.

A section of Robley Drive in the 1100 block will be closed.

DOTD officials say they apologize for the trouble of the road repairs, but say that they are necessary.

All work is expected to take place between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

This closure is necessary to allow crews to perform structure and mechanical repairs.

The wet weather moving through Acadiana is causing at least one road closure.

Signs about detour routes will be posted in that area.

Lafayette City Parish Government will close down the 100 block of Live Oak Boulevard this Friday night.

DOTD officials say, if needed, they will also close the road on Saturday, June 7.

Traffic officials expect the road to be closed in that area until Sunday, March 23 until 6:00 p.m.
