Following a one-day trial, federal jury convicted Cate Plauche guilty of 11 counts of mail theft Monday.

The Acadiana firearms manufacturer and dealer was sentenced Tuesday for failing to maintain records for his business.

Russell Guillory faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. He will also be required to register as a sex offender upon his release.
