On September 7th at 2 pm, Viva La Waffle is hosting its first eating contest. They will choose eight contestants who will compete to see how many classic Viva sandwiches they can eat in just seven minutes. The winner will get free food for a year.

The team at Viva La Waffle in Lafayette is growing, and it's now backed by a very successful team of restauranteurs.

A second location is in the works for a Lafayette restaurant.

The company announced in September of last year that they would be staring a brick and mortar location.
