Washington Mardi Gras

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Gov. Bobby Jindal is heading to the nation's capital for the annual Washington Mardi Gras celebration, which includes attending parties, rubbing elbows with members of Congress and lobbyists, and collecting another round of campaign cash.
