Tax Season Is Here

Tax season is among us and the today marks the day that the government will start accepting your filings. IRS spokesperson Diane Fox says, "the IRS is urging people to save time and money and use their new Free File feature instead of using other online sites to help file their taxes."

The Louisiana Department of revenue is pleading for citizens to do the same thing. LDOR spokesperson Byron Henderson says, "electronic filing takes ten days, while paper filing can take as much as three months."
