Abi Broussard-Falgout joined host Tiffiany Decou as this week's guest co-host. The Co-Owner of Bread & Circus and Creative Director of 92 West talked branding and how most of the dishes you like on a menu come down more to branding than actual taste (although this still plays a huge role). We talked the newly opened Pot & Paddle (one of her clients) and Abi shared some of her hidden gem restaurants around Lafayette.
Megan Arceneaux also came on this weeks show to talk about her hugely popular Hawk's Boil Up, a majority female-ran crawfish boil up team who recently boiled for Billy Joel in New Orleans. Megan talked about what makes their crawfish so much better than other places.
