Our culture loves to categorize everything, including behavior. Entities (individuals, organizations, employers) that want to manipulate others categorize habits as "good" or "bad." It seems to me that some so called "bad" habits are actually healthy. The problem lies in the fact they don't fit a particular agenda. I found an interesting list, from inc.com.  Here are a couple of my favorites.

#1 Procrastination. Who says it has to be done right now? Don't drive yourself crazy letting others impose arbitrary deadlines on you.

#7 Daydreaming. What's wrong with letting your imagination take over for a while? Without daydreamers, we'd still be living in caves.

#8 Being a little messy. There's an old saying. "Creative clutter is better than idle neatness."

Here's my favorite! #10 Sleeping late. I love to sleep in on holidays, and weekends. The majority of Americans don't get nearly enough sleep. Sufficient sleep is conducive to good mental & physical health.
