No wonder the court system is clogged and can't put some real criminals in prison soon enough. A McDonald's customer in California is suing for $1.5 million because he didn't get a napkin!

According to Webster Lucas he only got one napkin with his Quarter Pound Deluxe meal so he went back to the counter and asked for more napkins. He alleges the manager insulted him with a racial slur. Lucas who is Mexican-American claims the African-American manager said 'you people' during the disagreement that ensued.

First off, haven't we gotten past this hyphenated label thing? Aren't we all Americans? I don't refer to myself as a Cajun-American of Spanish and French descent.

How does this man deal with everyday life if he is traumatized by McDonald's shorting him a napkin?

Secondly Lucas says he has missed work because of 'undue mental anguish'. Undue mental anguish? How does this man deal with everyday life if he is traumatized by McDonald's shorting him a napkin? I've got news for him, sometimes I get one napkin with a McRib and everybody knows how messy those things are! Dude go to the condiment counter and get as many napkins as you thing you need.

In addition to the 'mental anguish' Lucas claims he was insulted by the offer of a free burger for his troubles. Troubles! He didn't get a freaking napkin! Go to the condiment counter and get one. How did this guy get to McDonald's in the first place. It's obvious he is not qualified to drive and I certainly pray he never gets around a voting booth.

Cases such as this clog up the judicial system preventing legitimate suits or cases to be heard. People like Lucas should be referred to the 'wham - bulance' for intensive care. What a cry-baby!
