Tree Down on Congress Street near Bertrand Drive

Motorists are encouraged to drive cautiously if they need to drive during severe weather events. The picture below shows a tree down blocking traffic on both sides on West Congress Street heading towards Bertrand Road. This is right before the light at Theatre Drive near the Goodwill Drop off place.
