The cities on this list might not be what you expect if you're thinking the bigger cities are going to rule this list. If you're feeling like you've been needing more intellectual stimulation in your life, you'll want to make a visit to some of these places, and you might not need to travel very far.

Onlyinyourstate.com says they used factors like high school dropout rate, percentage of adult residents without a GED and a few other criteria. The list seems to be compiled using high school data, and not percentage of residents with college degrees, so you can argue that those factors might have changed this list.

You'll see that Youngsville comes in at number 5 on the list, and congrats Youngsville! As we know, there is no high school in Youngsville, yet. Remember, the information reflects the residents in these cities who did or did not graduate high school, whether it be natively or somewhere else.
