Two Eunice brothers have pleaded guilty to beating a homeless man in 2013. According to our news partner, KATC, Garret Daville pleaded guilty to simple battery and sentenced to one year active supervised probation plus a $30 a month fee to cover the cost of the probabtion officer. In addition he was sentenced to 30 days in jail or a $250 fine. He was also ordered to complete an anger management program.

Garret's brother Ryan pleaded guilty to simple battery and was sentenced to two years probation and $250 in court costs. Ryan Daville was originally charged with two felonies, second degree battery and principal to aggravated assault with a firearm.

KATC Investigates noted that each of the Daville brothers missed between eight and ten court dates.
