Two Louisiana Deputies Killed After Ambush

Louisiana sheriff's deputies Brandon Nielson and Jeremy triche are dead today after shootings that occurred in St. John the Baptist parish.

The first shooting happened in Valero Energy parking lot near LaPlace.  The sheriff reported the second shooting happened at a nearby trailer park.

Tregre says two other deputies were also wounded during the change.

Tregre believes five people are in custody and some of them may have also been injured in the shoot-outs.
