Two Top Officials In UL Of Monroe Police Department On Leave
MONROE, La. (AP) — The University of Louisiana at Monroe says two of its top ranking police officers are on leave.
However, Wednesday's announcement gave no reason for the move.
ULM Police Chief Larry Ellerman has been with the university's police department for more than three decades. He will remain on leave until he retires Jan. 11.
Also on leave is Capt. Dan Chason, who has been with the department since 2005.
