The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns have scheduled future home-and-home football contests with an old Sun Belt Conference foe, the New Mexico St. Aggies.

Louisiana will host New Mexico St. who is now independent, on October 14, 2023, before returning the trip to Las Cruces, New Mexico on October 26, 2024.

UL already has two non-conference games scheduled in both of those years.

In 2023, the Cajuns will play at Minnesota and will host New Mexico St., while traveling to New Mexico St. and hosting Tulane in 2024.

New Mexico St., who spent 2014-2017 as a football-only member of the Sun Belt Conference, is also on the schedule next season, hosting Louisiana on October 24.

Next season, the Cajuns have non-conference games scheduled against McNeese (home), Wyoming (home), Missouri (away), and New Mexico St. (away).
