Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajun softball team is ranked 22nd in this week’s ESPN.COM/USA Softball Collegiate Top 25 poll.

Louisiana is down two spots from last week’s poll, after going 4-1 in the Ragin' Cajuns Invitational over the weekend.

The Cajuns return to action this weekend, when they travel to Clearwater, Florida for the NFCA Leadoff Classics. UL will play twice on Friday, against Illinois St. (11 am) and James Madison (1:30 pm), twice more on Saturday, against Hofstra (1:30 pm) and South Florida (4 pm), and once on Sunday, against Rutgers (10 am).

Getting back to the poll, the Florida Gators are the top-ranked team for a second-consecutive week, sporting an 11-0 record.

The 10-0 Washington Huskies are up one spot, from number three last week, to number two this week.

Last week’s second-ranked team, the Tennessee Lady Vols, fell one spot, to number three, despite being undefeated, at 9-0, on the season.

The Arizona St. Sun Devils, who are undefeated, at 11-0, are up one spot, to number four in this week's poll.

Rounding out the top five is 7-2 Michigan, who was ranked fourth in last week’s poll.

At spots 6-10, it’s Kentucky, Alabama, Oregon, UCLA, and Florida St.

Stanford, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Arizona, and Baylor are in spots 11-15, while Texas A&M, Georgia, Missouri, South Alabama, and Minnesota hold down spots 16-20 in the poll.

Finally, at 21-25, it’s Tulsa, Louisiana, LSU, Notre Dame, and Texas.

Louisville and California dropped out of the poll from a week ago.
