University Of Louisiana System Close To Finding New President
The University of Louisiana System is in charge of universities across the state including ULL. The UL System has been without a president since September 15th, after Randy Moffett retired from a 41-year career.
The search for a new president has been ongoing, but has finally been nearing it's end as finalists will be chose at the beginning of next month. The UL Board of Supervisors will make the final decision a few weeks later.
One-day interviewing sessions have been scheduled by the board on November 9th,13th, or 15th.The chosen candidate will be announced on the same day.
Moffett's successor will be put in charge of everything including more than 92,000 student currently enrolled in at the nine different colleges that the board operates.
