In an update to this story, Lafayette lawyer Patrick Juneau will replace Kenneth Feinberg as the administrator of BP's $20 billion compensation fund for victims of the 2010 Gulf Oil Spill. BP estimates that nearly $8 billion will be doled out as a result of the class-action settlement.
