According to WSAV, Joie Henney of York Haven, Pennsylvania says his 5-foot-long emotional support alligator helps him deal with his depression. Henney has even received approval from his doctor to use Wally as an emotional support animal.

So, where did this unusual pair get their start? Henney told Philly.com that Wally was rescued outside Orlando at 14 months old and now thrives on a diet of chicken wings.
