I can guess what you're thinking. "What?!...are you crazy?!" Kids age us, right? I'm speaking only to the Moms here. There's scientific evidence that bearing children slows a woman's aging process. A 2016 study, conducted at Simon Fraser University, found evidence that childbirth has effects on a woman's DNA that slow the aging process. DNA Strands have a protective feature, called a telomere. It shortens with age. DNA breaks down as the telomere shortens. The most readily visible signs of this appear in skin and hair. The study found that bearing children slows the process. Stress, as we all know, accelerates aging. Another study found mothers of 3 are more stressed than women who have any other number of children.
