Weekend Home Invasion Being Investigated In Lafayette

Early Sunday morning Lafayette Police responded to a home invasion call in the 400 block of Strasbourg Drive. According to the victims three black men kicked open the front door of the home and ordered both victims to the floor. The suspects described as three black men wearing masks and dark clothing, armed with guns demanded money. Before leaving, one of the suspects shot one of the victims in the left leg. That victim was transported to an area hospital and is in stable condition. The other victim was not injured.
