The vice-presidential debate between Congressman Paul Ryan and Vice-President Joe Biden is set for tonight and some think it will be a fireworks display.  Today on 'Mornings With Ken and Bernie' Dr. Larry Levy, Hofstra's Executive Dean at the National Center for Urban Studies said,
