Wingin’ It Wednesday: Panel Talks Death Penalty, Trump and Gorilla Advocacy (Audio)
In this week's edition of Wingin' It Wednesday, the panel discusses some hot topics including the death penalty, gorilla rights advocacy and Donald Trump's anti-media rants.
Both Carol and Warren said they were proponents of the death penalty--but circumstantially so. They agreed that improving forensic technology is overturning more convictions for death row inmates across the country.
From the death penalty to animal rights, the panel discusses the ongoing internet drama of a Cincinnati Zoo gorilla that was shot and killed after a 4-year-old boy fell into the enclosure. Now, fiery arguments have flooded social media of who should be blamed...the child's guardian for letting him out of her sight and/or the zoo administrators for opting to shoot the primate.
If you Google "Trump tirade against the media" you find numerous news articles outlining the Republican presidential contender's heated animosity with the Fourth Estate. On Tuesday, his animosity abounding, Trump referred to one national network news reporter as a "sleaze" and another male reported he referred to as "a real beauty" Trump has never been one to hold his tongue, but do you think he has gone to far with the media hatred.
