Attorney General Jeff Landry says his office has arrested three people in Baton Rouge on corruption charges. Curtis Mack the former Program Manager with DHH's Office of Behavioral Health was charged with public bribery, malfeasance, theft, money laundering and criminal conspiracy., Shonda Burns the owner of Angel House Independent Living  was charged with public bribery and criminal conspiracy. Elaine Borskey the former Executive Director of Christian Outreach Center in Baton Rouge was charged with money laundering and criminal conspiracy. The three are accused of defrauding $92,173.
