LaSalle Parish Sheriff Scott Franklin joined The Moon Griffon Show to talk about his observations on the number of cases attributed to the parishes. He's the second elected official in Louisiana to say that duplicate names have led to increased case numbers reported by the Louisiana Department of Health.

Sheriff Franklin, who is also the Head of Homeland Security in LaSalle Parish, says inaccuracies due to over counting is 40.6% in his parish. He also mentioned two other parishes and the inaccuracies he claims they are dealing with due to over counting - Red River (40%) and Caldwell (47.73%).
