Man Arrested, Accused Of Stealing Pet Pit Bull

Deputies booked Anthony C. McKinney, of Baton Rouge, on counts of theft of animals on Wednesday.

Deputies say surveillance video captured a man matching McKinney's description unleash the dog from a tree on Oct. 4, play with the dog, then leave the victim's yard with the dog without the consent of the dog's owner.

It was unclear whether McKinney has an attorney.
