Second Suspect In Sonnier’s Death Arrested

The second suspect in the death of Cory Sonnier last June has been captured. Major Ginny Higgins with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office says David James Anderson, Jr. of Lafayette was arrested late last night in Cook County, Georgia. He's charged with Obstruction of Justice. Patrick Paul George, also of Lafayette, was arrested last Friday in Valdosta, Georgia, and has been extradited back to St. Martin Parish. He's being charged with Obstruction of Justice as well.
