State Police Spokesperson Trooper Stephen Hammons joined "Mornings With Ken & Bernie" today and answered questions about abandoned and uninsured vehicles. He explained orange stickers placed on cars by state troopers state that the vehicle is considered abandoned and the owner has 24 hours to move the vehicle.
