Toddler’s Death Under Investigation In Acadia Parish

3-year-old Keaghyn Parsons, just shy of his 4th birthday on Thursday, died Monday and Acadia Parish Sheriff's deputies are investigating.

According to our news partners at KATC, Keaghyn, who's from Lake Arthur, was found unresponsive at a home on Riverside Road in Mermentau.

An autopsy is being conducted in Calcasieu Parish to determine the exact cause of death, which is unknown at this time.
