How do you get rid of all of those campaign signs after an election? One 11-year-old Lafayette boy has worked out a solution.

If you drive anywhere across the state right now you are going to encounter plenty of political signs.

If a candidate wins and election then they may want to pick up those signs to use them in another campaign.

The same could be said for the losers, but what about the signs that don't get picked up? There is not really a market for those recycled signs, but one young Lafayette man has worked out a solution.

Trey Bishop, who is the son of State Representative Stuart Bishop, joined The Ross Report to speak to Carol Ross about his idea to get those signs recycled.

The young man asked his dad and his mother, Kim Bishop, to help him make multiple phone calls to learn more about how he could solve this problem.

He has quite a story to tell.
