UPDATE – Curfews Implemented By Acadiana Parishes For Wednesday Night
Update: With temperatures expected to get below freezing again on Wednesday night, the following parishes have decided to implement curfews once again, according to our news partners at KATC.
Evangeline Parish
- 6 p.m. Wednesday until 6 a.m. Thursday
St. Landry Parish (exception: Eunice, Opelousas and Washington)
- 8 p.m. Wednesday until 6 a.m. Thursday

With the accumulation of ice and snow in portions of Acadiana, some authorities have issued curfews to preserve the safety of residents.
Acadia Parish
- Dusk until dawn curfew from Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
Crowley
- 6 p.m. Tuesday until 6 a.m. Wednesday.
Evangeline Parish
- Parishwide curfew from 6 p.m. Tuesday until 6 a.m. Wednesday.
Iberia Parish
- Parishwide curfew from 6 p.m. Tuesday until 6 a.m. Wednesday.
Jennings
- 10 p.m. Tuesday until 6 a.m. Wednesday.
St. Landry Parish
- Parishwide curfew 6 p.m. Tuesday until 6 a.m. Wednesday.
St. Martin Parish
- Parishwide curfew from 6 p.m. Tuesday until 6 a.m. Wednesday.
