Another Try To Locate The Malaysian Plane
PERTH, Australia (AP) — Search crews are hoping to send the U.S. Navy's Bluefin 21 diving back into the deep Indian Ocean today to have another go at finding a missing Malaysian Airlines plane after the first attempt ended early.
The submersible exceeded its maximum safe depth of 15,000 feet and automatically returned to the surface.
Officials say nothing of interest was found in the six hours Bluefin was under water.
