This week on 'Go Acadiana's Back Pages' Dr. John Sutherlin and Ken Romero spoke to Berry Kemp, owner of Artmosphere in downtown Lafayette. Recently her business's future was threatened by an audit by the Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control. According to her liquor license, 51% of the restaurant's revenues must be generated by food sales. The audit of a two month period indicated more than 70% of Artmosphere's revenues were derived from alcohol. Troy Hebert, Commissioner of the Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control, said Artmosphere has 90 days to comply with the law.
