Attempted Murder In Crowley

A19-year-old man is on the loose, accused of shooting at a woman he knew. Crowley Police are investigating a domestic dispute which led to shots being fired at one of the persons involved. Shortly before 1:30 pm, officers began their investigation into this incident and discovered that a male and female had been involved in a domestic dispute. The female was arriving at a residence in the 1100 block of Western Avenue when the male subject shot at her from the roadway area.

Crowley Police have secured arrest warrants for 19 year old Jeantrell Pierson of Crowley. The warrant was issued for attempted Second Degree Murder. Anyone with information on Pierson’s location is requested to call Crowley Police at 783-1234 or Crime Stoppers of Acadia Parish at 789-8477. Pierson should be considered armed and dangerous.
