A Baton Rouge man face multiple felony counts after allegedly cashing his dead father's beneficiary checks for 18 years. AP reports, Lester Joseph II is accused of fraudulently cashing his father's benefit checks from the Louisiana Teacher's Retirement system from 1998 to 2016. The State attorney general's office says, Joseph faces more than 200 felony counts of fraud, and identity theft.
