CBS News Reporter David Begnaud Tweets About Lafayette Mayor-President Josh Guillory

A former KLFY-10 TV reporter, who now works for CBS NEWS, is questioning why Mayor-President Joshua Guillory would issue a curfew during a winter storm, but not issue a mask mandate during the COVID pandemic.

The Lafayette Parish council recently voted to deny issuing a mask mandate across the parish during the COVID pandemic. However, with an ice storm approaching, Guillory has elected to issue a curfew for the public's safety.
