Comeaux’s Eddie Flugence Offered By Two Schools

Local prep football standout Eddie Flugence is beginning to receive some well-deserved offers.

A running back/receiver who attends Comeaux High School, Flugence was recently offered by Missouri Baptist and the University of Arkansas-Monticello.

Both are NAIA schools, so they cannot offer athletic scholarships, but they can offer a spot on their respective rosters.

A senior, Flugence is scheduled to graduate high school next spring.

The 5-foot-8, 182-pound Flugence carried the football 104 times for 778 yards and 8 touchdowns for the Spartans during the regular season.
