Deadly Movie Theater Argument
WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. (AP) — Police near Tampa, Fla., say an argument over texting in a movie theater triggered a retired police captain to fatally shoot a man who sat in front of him.
One witness says the movie hadn't started yet when the two men began arguing.
Police say popcorn was thrown and 71-year-old Curtis Reeves pulled out a gun and shot the texting man in the chest.
