The father of a former Oregon softball player took a parting shot at the program this week.

Those are pretty harsh words.

MacGrandle, who began her college career at Texas A&M, was 3-7 with a 7.81 ERA. this season with the Ducks, before leaving the squad after last weekend's series against Stanford.

Apparently, MacGrandle had been dealing with a concussion over the past couple of weeks.

With MacGrandle's departure, Oregon has now lost ten players since former coach Mike White left the program at the end of last season.

MacGrandle, a lefty, was 5-1 with a 2.60 earned-run average in eight appearances with Texas A&M in 2018.

We wish Maddie the best of luck, wherever she may pitch in the future.
