First Charges Filed In Benghazi Attack

WASHINGTON (AP) — A U.S. official says the head of a Libyan militia is one of those named in a sealed complaint the Justice Department has filed in last September's attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya that killed the U.S. ambassador and three other Americans.
