Food – Related Mystery Has Some Mississippi Residents On Edge

It's not as scary as creepy clowns or people licking doorbells, but it's still weird.

Residents of the Belhaven community of Jackson, MS were amused but confused to find bowls of mashed potatoes on porches, in mailboxes, and even on cars. Some residents think the potatoes are a prank pulled by students from nearby Belhaven University. Others are concerned the potatoes are poisoned, possibly to kill animals in the area. Police have not yet been called in to investigate.
