More than 87 statewide law enforcement agencies are taking part in a crackdown on DWI driving over the 4th of July holiday weekend. State Police spokesman Lt. Doug Cain says this kind of enforcement has reduced deaths to just 2 for each of the last two years--compared with 16 in 2007. Cain says the goal is ZERO traffic deaths this year.
