As Hurricane Francine was rolling into Louisiana yesterday, the only thing many people in southeast Louisiana could do is hunker down in their homes, and in many cases, spend time with their dogs.

A man who owns a dog named Marley shared on "X" how the animal was giving updates on Francine, and the dog really wanted to take a bite out of the storm in the Bucktown neighborhood of Metairie.

Francine ended up dumping 10 inches of rain in Kenner and tens of thousands of people are still without power today after trees and other debris came down on power lines.

Most people in southeast Louisiana had very little time to prepare for the hurricane as earlier projections were for the storm to make landfall further west meaning they should not have had to deal with the serious nature of this storm. Winds were blowing at 100 miles per hour.

While hunkering down at home you need to have plenty of things to keep yourself and your pets occupied.

Before we get to Marley, let's check out Gary Sarrat Jr.'s dogs running off their "zoomies" during the storm:

And then there was Marley in Bucktown who is not camera shy. Marley was very expressive during the storm because she just kept biting the rain. Chomp, chomp, chomp, Marley was getting that rain one drop, or maybe a few drops, at a time. Check out Marley:

While Marley's owners did get several inches of rain in their neighborhood, they faired very well during the storm.
