BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Governor Bobby Jindal says that President Barack Obama's willingness to give states more flexibility in complying with his health overhaul doesn't go far enough.

Jindal, a Republican, was on hand when Obama told governors at a meeting in Washington that he supports speeding up their ability to enforce the health revamp on their own terms and letting them propose their own health care plans by 2014.

But Jindal said Tuesday that he still believes the best thing to do is not tweak the existing health overhaul law, but to repeal and replace it with something else.

Louisiana is one of many states suing to have the Democrats' health revamp thrown out.
