Lafayette Horse Farm Major Agenda Item For Durel

Lafayette City Parish President Joey Durel joined "Mornings With Ken and Bernie" again for another edition of "Lafayette Live" to highlight his "State of the Parish" address in February.  Durel says one of his major issues will be working with the Lafayette City Parish Council to get the Horse Farm project completed.

On today's show, Durel told KPEL he wants to see the completion to turn the Horse Farm land on Johnston Street into a project that will transform the center of the city.  In addition, Durel says beginning work on Lafayette's Comprehensive Plan is one of his major goals for this year.  He says the plan will change the focus for Lafayette's future.
