Fifteenth Judicial District Attorney Mike Harson says he's leaning toward sending the Legislative Auditor's report on the Lafayette Housing Authority to a grand jury. Harson met with auditors earlier this week to discuss the report, which was released January 17th. Harson says elements of the report that concern him most have to do with compensation -- especially that of former LHA executive director . Guillory was allowed to divide his time between the LHA and the Opelousas Housing Authority for nearly four years and collect full-time salaries from each, according to the audit. The LHA is also being investigated by the FBI and the inspector general with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
