Lafayette Little League Team Going To World Series

The Lafayette Little League 11-and-12 year old team is going to the World Series!

It's been 6 years since they made their first ever trip, and they did it with an incredible comeback, scoring 4 runs in the bottom of the 6th inning to tie it, then scoring a run in the next inning to win the Southwest Regional Championship 8-7.  Their next game will be Thursday, at 7 pm in Williamsport, Pennsylvania against the winner of the Southeast Regional.
