Lafayette Man Arrested In Shooting

Lafayette Police say 25-year-old Shaquille Batiste allegedly shot a 20-year-old male in the 1000 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive on November 5th.  

The victim was placed in critical but stable condition. Batiste sits in the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center on a charge of Attempted 1st Degree Murder.
