Walmart has filed a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board claiming that the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union has unlawfully disrupted business by staging protests at Walmart's stores.  Fox legal analyst Lis Wiehl joined 'Mornings With Ken and Bernie' today and said,

There is no legal precedent for how Walmart is handling the protests because they have no union workers.  That of course angered the unions which has organized these protests. The unions and workers have a First Amendment right to do this but they cannot actively disrupt or interfere with a business because that gets into unlawful labor practices.

Wiehl went on to say,

Walmart has asked the National Labor Relations Board to stop the union protests at least through Black Friday so they can serve their customers and then the issue can be settled later.
