A Baton Rouge, Louisiana man was arrested after he allegedly tried to kill his brother.

Arien Taylor, 18, was arrested for attempted second-degree murder after he tried to kill his brother for drinking the remaining amount of Hawaiian Punch they had in their house.

Taylor barricaded himself in his house after authorities arrived, but SWAT was able to take him into custody safely.

The victim told police that he ran out of the house after his brother attacked him for drinking the juice they shared in the house.

Now, Baton Rouge Police say that Arien Taylor is in the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on criminal charges of Attempt 2nd Degree Murder and Illegal Use of Weapons or Dangerous Instrumentalities.

WBRZ reports that once police entered the home where the alleged attack occurred, they found bullet holes in the house, and even found a broken door that led to the victim's bedroom,
