Louisiana Think Tank Plans 'Solutions Summit'

Daniel Erspamer, Chief Executive Officer of the New Orleans based think tank, the Pelican Institute, talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about their upcoming Solutions Summit, beginning this week in Baton Rouge.
